Kartik Subramaniam is a real estate broker in the Los Angeles area and has never left the trenches. He started as a real estate broker with Prudential California Realty and then moved to a smaller independent company to be exposed to a differentmodel. He also had his own firm which Prudential merged in exchange for an equity interest in a Prudential California Realty entity.

Sophia Lopez
Sophia Lopez is our Administrative Manager and has been with us for the last five years working side-by-side with Kartik Subramaniam in various roles. Currently, she serves as our adminstrative head and is responsible for most things that move at the school. She is a real estate licensee in California and has been through the licensing process personally.
