Founded in 2003 by Kartik Subramaniam, ADHI Schools, LLC is a real estate education company specifically focused on helping you obtain a California real estate license.

Kartik Subramaniam is a real estate broker in the Los Angeles area and has never left the trenches.  He started as a real estate broker with Prudential California Realty and then moved to a smaller independent company to be exposed to a different model.  He also had his own firm which Prudential merged in exchange for an equity interest in a Prudential California Realty entity.


Kartik Subramaniam has written/reviewed a number of textbooks and manuals on real estate.  Among these are:

He holds a degree in Business with a finance, real estate and law emphasis.

Mr. Perez has an interesting career that took him from playing professional soccer in Europe and Mexico to a real estate brokers license in California.


Daniel Lim:

Mr. Lim made over $100,000 his first year in the business and is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Rowland Heights, California.

Sophia Lopez:

Sophia Lopez is our Administrative Manager and has been with us for the last eight years working side-by-side with Kartik Subramaniam in various roles.  Currently, she serves as our adminstrative head and is responsible for most things that move at the school.
