ADHI Schools, LLC privacy policy

This privacy policy sets out how ADHI Schools, LLC uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website and in our lectures.

ADHI Schools, LLC is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. This also governs how we use your data when you call in to inquire about real estate coursework or make an inquiry via email.

first and last name when registering or inquiring about our courses via phone and email

state examination date

frequency of login attempts
your performance on training and testing modes within our software
whether or not you passed the real estate examination
what brokerage, if any, you have affiliated with
your attendance at any of our lectures

The California Department of Real Estate also requires that we collect your drivers license or other ID number (never a SSN) when registering for our program.  

What we do with the information we gather



We collect this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
Internal record keeping.
We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided - you will have the ability to opt-out of such emails in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Upon your request, we may share your information with real estate companies with whom we are affiliated.  This is for the sole purpose of determining whether or not such a company would be a good fit for employment.  If you do not want us to provide your name to these companies, please send an email to directing us and we will proceed accordingly.
