San Gabriel Valley

Arcadia

This class is in a building called the World Harvest Center in Suite No. 205 on the second floor.  We are between the Walgreens Pharmacy and a baseball card shop called "Hall of Fame Baseball Cards".  Brings back childhood memories for some of our staff!   If you are going to come to this class it is important to park around the back of the building.  Take the elevator (or the stairs if you want some exercise!) and walk right into our suite. Parking is free.

Address:  317 East Foothill Boulevard.  Suite 205.  Arcadia, CA 91006

Class hours:  Monday mornings from 1000 am - 1230 pm (depending on the lecture topic)

Alhambra

This class is super easy to find and very visible from the street itself.  The class is in Coldwell Banker George Realty in Alhambra.  We are just north of the 10 freeway at the corner of Garfield and Norwood.  Go ahead and park at the building itself (it's free to park).  Sometimes the parking lot can get full if you arrive a little late so you may need to park on Norwood itself.  We are upstairs in their beautiful training room!

This class is given at Coldwell Banker George Realty in Rowland Heights.  We are between Nogales and Fairway on the south side of Colima Road.  There's a big lit sign that says "Coldwell Banker" - you can't miss it!  We are right next door to a little Pho restaurant.  This location is centrally located between the Inland Empire and Los Angeles.  if you are going to come to class here it's important to be on time because the office locks the main entry doors at around 645 pm, so try to get here early.  Our class is conducted on the second floor.  Parking is free and on site.

Rancho Cucamonga

Prudential California Realty in Rancho Cucamonga.  Home of a real estate legend.  This is Kim Senecal's office.  Kim has been a Chairman's Circle winner for Prudential and is the recipient of the Prudential "Legend" award.  Take classes here and hopefully some of that legendary Legend dust will rub off on you!  Is that too many "legends" in one paragraph?  Anyway, this location is in a large Prudential freestanding building on Civic Center Drive near the courthouse.  The nearest cross streets are Haven Avenue and Foothill Boulevard. There is a Prudential California Realty monument sign in front of the building.  Be careful because this sign can be hard to see at night.  Park in the back of the building and walk through the main entrance.  Once in the building, make a right and you will be in our classroom.

You can park in the building for FREE and take the elevator (or escalator) to the second floor.  We are in Suite 265 in the Keller Williams training room.  If for whatever reason the glass lobby doors are locked ring the doorbell to the right of the entrance.  Someone will let you in!
