Current processing timeframes at the California Bureau of Real Estate

As of August 24, 2009 the BRE is processing combination broker and sales license examinations received July 7, 2009. This is an approximately seven week lag time between the date the BRE receives your completed application and the processing of your application.

What does this mean for you?

Sign up for all your classes as early as possible because of the eighteen day rule. Study hard and take your tests quickly!
