How much time do I get for the real estate exam?

Published by admin on November 10,2008

The amount of time you get to complete the state examination depends on whether you are taking the brokers exam or the sales license exam.

The brokers exam is 200 questions given in two sessions - a 100 question morning session and a 100 question afternoon session. You get 2 hours and 30 minutes for each session. A passing score is 75%.

The sales license exam is 150 questions and you are given 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete the exam. A passing score is 70%.

All questions are multiple choice with answer choices "A,B,C,D" and are qualifying in nature. In other words, you don't get a score on the exam unless you fail it.

Good luck!
